Founded in September 2011 by Jaclyn Acker, Galerie Protégé is an exhibition space located in the heart of New York City’s Chelsea gallery district reserved exclusively for emerging artists. Located on the lower level of Chelsea Frames, Galerie Protégé is dedicated to hosting exhibitions of contemporary art in a variety of media including painting, drawing, photography and performance-based work. Director Robert Dimin’s roots as both an artist and curator harmonize in perfect symmetry with Acker’s ethos for Protégé – aiming to become the leading gallery for this genre by highlighting the fresh vibrancy of the budding artist without discipline restrictions.

Galerie Protégé is always looking for new artists to work with.
